The Manchester Historic Association welcomes you to have your next business or private event at the Millyard Museum, located at 200 Bedford Street, Manchester, NH.
Please note that political entities may also schedule events at the Millyard Museum at the corporate rates.
· Business meetings · Dinners · Fundraisers · Seminars · Special occasions—weddings, anniversaries, etc. Note: The maximum number of people for a seated event is 100 (auditorium style) or 60 (for a catered dinner). What can we offer you? · Use of the Elm Street Gallery and the Discovery Gallery for your function (during hours when the museum is not open to the public). · Access to all the exhibits for viewing enjoyment. What do we provide? · 8 (6 ft. x 18 in.) tables · 96 chairs · Speaker’s podium · Audio-visual equipment and internet access are available (wifi is not available at this time); please inquire to discuss details What do we charge?* · Private function - $1,000 · Corporate function - $500 · Non-profit function - $250 · Corporate meeting - $250 · Non-profit meeting - $125 *Plus $50 per hour for staff, as needed, including during set up and break down periods
