Note: The maximum number of people for a seated event is 100 (auditorium style) or 60 (for a catered dinner). 

What can we offer you?

·         Use of the Elm Street Gallery and the Discovery Gallery for your function (during hours when the museum is not open to the public).

·         Access to all the exhibits for viewing enjoyment.

·          8 (6 ft. x 18 in.) tables

·         96 chairs

·         Speaker’s podium

·         Audio-visual equipment and internet access are available (wifi is not available at this time); please inquire to discuss details  

What do we charge?*

·         Private function - $1,000  

·         Corporate function - $500     

·         Non-profit function - $250     

·         Corporate meeting - $250

·         Non-profit meeting - $125

*Plus $50 per hour for staff, as needed, including during set up and break down periods

If there will be catering for your event, the Manchester Historic Association requires that you choose an approved vendor. Please contact us for an updated list.
